今天是我最快乐的一天，因为我去参加了英语剑桥考级。
早上一觉醒来，就看见乌云密布的天空下起了小雨，妈妈先把我送去上英语课就去买东西了，等我放学时妈妈拉着我的手向马路走过去，妈妈说：“我们今天坐宝马车去考试。”原来妈妈为了让我及时参加下午1点半的考试不迟到，特地让公司的伯伯开宝马车送我去呢。唉，谁让爸爸出差了，妈妈不会开车，没办法，只有麻烦别人了。
为了这次的考级考试，我早就复习了，我以为只要考这一次，谁知妈妈和我说要从小学考到大学，要一直考呢！
一进考场，我很害怕，很紧张，生怕考不好。首先我们考听力，第一题是听录音连线，只报2遍，当时我非常着急，我害怕跟不上。后来我慢慢地平静了下来，因为适应了速度，一点都不害怕紧张了。我对这次考级很有信心，我想我肯定能通过的。
我喜欢这次的英语考试，我也喜欢学英语。

为了提高自己的英语水平，把知识和实践结合，在朋友的介绍下，我来到了龙海学友教育补习机构，开始了我的执教之路。该学校是经教育行政主管机关批准成立的专业中学学培训机构，我的实习地点是福建漳州龙海市，这里是风景秀美的旅游区，这里有我的汗水和欢乐。我的实践内容是教培训班的学生英语课程。由于教学经验很浅，对于教学活动的程序和要求都不熟悉了，我对于教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向学校里有经验的老师学习，获得了不少的关于中学英语教学现状的信息和对于英语教学的知识技巧。学校总负责人也为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——赵老师。在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅！

在小组合作学习中的分组办法通常有固定分组与动态分组两种。
（1）固定分组是指可依据学习内容和阶段学习情况的需要，按照学生的学习水平，智能状况，个性特点，组织操作能力以及课型情况等进行合理分组。一般有两种方式：即同质编组或异质编组。同质编组就是将同一层次的学生编为一组。同质编组有利于分层教学分类辅导。异质编组则是将不同层次的学生编在一组。异质编组有利于开展互帮互助的活动。我们在日常的英语课堂教学中较多的是采用偶数的异质编组。偶数的编组利于学生在进行语言操练时两人交际和互动的需要。另外现在课堂教学中分层教学的设计还不能每个环节都做到，大多数的要求和操练都还是面向全体学生的，因此异质编组对于学生的互帮互助以及合作完成任务是非常有利的。
（2）动态分组。小班化教学中分组教学应用较多，若一成不变，学生之间过于熟悉或产生矛盾都会影响学生参与小组活动的积极性和兴趣，以至于影响活动完成的质量。所以必须要有动态分组来调节和补充。动态分组主要有自愿分组与按见解的不同分成正反两组。自愿分组有利调动学生积极参与，活跃课堂气氛，更好地完成学习任务。按见解的不同分成正、反两组进行争论与辩论，在争辩的过程中主动学习，弄清问题本质。固定分组和动态分组是我在小班化采取小组合作学习中常用的分组方式，我认为两者无优劣之分，但动态分组在英语课堂教学中的操作性和可控性都不是很强，应针对不同的教学内容与课型，灵活选择，交替运用，以达到理想效果。
2.明确小组分工：为了最大程度地提高学生的参与率，组内成员要分工明确，轮流担任一定的合作角色，如小组讨论的组织者、记录员、资料员、发言代表等，或给每个同学编号，1，2，3，4??号，这样更便于老师课堂上的操作。一定时间后，角色互换，使每个成员都能得到全方位的体验、锻炼和提高。小组活动中，让每个人充分做到：会倾听、会表达、会讨论、会评价。虽然有小组分工，但是为了让每个学生都能得到锻炼的机会，我们采用的更多的是随机抽样的形式，即老师随便点小组中的一个同学来回答老师的问题或完成一个角色的任务，让学生时刻准备着，这样更有利于学生能力提高。英语教师在小组成员分工方面应该有自己的要求。现在班级的小组大多数都是班主任分好的小组，而班主任老师大多会按照语文学科的要求和学生在语文学科方面的表现和能力进行分工。英语老师可以在班主任分组前把自己的建议和要求告知班主任，或在已经分好的小组内进行英语小组长的选举，再进行一些职责的分工。
要提高小组合作学习的有效性，要使小组合作学习处于有序状态，学生之间进行实质的互动合作，学生必须要有良好的小组合作学习的常规习惯。这就要求教师在日常的教育教学活动中注重学生的各种常规习惯的培养。教师应注重学生独立思考，认真倾听，有序表达等习惯的培养。
1.培养独立思考的习惯。小组合作学习的目的是为了让每一位学生参与学习的全过程，给每个学生提供展示的空间，通过组内的交流、探讨，使学生不断完善自己的观点，不断建构自己的知识体系。但这些的前提是学生必须要有自己的看法和见解，要学会独立思考。因此，在小组合作学习之前，一定要留有充分的时间让学生进行独立思考。教师在教学设计时也应该考虑到这点。因此，教师在教学中要注意培养学生独立思考的习惯，要给学生留有独立思考的时间和空间。
2.培养认真倾听的习惯。在小组合作学习过程中，对话交流比较频繁，这就需要每个学生学会倾听，认真听取别人的发言，专心听讲，认真思考，领会要点，并在他人发表意见时不打岔，不插嘴，不评价。另外在其他小组发言时，也要注意倾听别人的观点，而不是准备自己小组将要发言的内容。因为在听的基础上，才能使说的起点更高，表达得更好。这一点在小组合作学习过程中显得十分重要。通过平时的评价的激励和一些小的教学设计能有效的培养学生倾听的习惯。
3.培养有序表达的习惯。所谓有序，包括两个方面的意思：说话有序和有序地说。在小组讨论中，一些学生发言过于踊跃积极，不让别的同学发言。因此，要让每个学生自学遵守小组合作学习的规则，让能说会道的学会谦让，让旁观者学会参与。在分组的时候编好了序号，于是老师只要说从每组的一号开始，他们的活动必然是有序的。因此，学生有序表达的习惯的培养需要老师的指导和常规的培养。
4.培养积极参与与合作的习惯。有了积极的参与欲望，才能实现合作学习。培养学生的参与与合作的习惯，我们可以这样做：注意递度，分层教学，让各层面的学生都能参与；组织得当，使每个学生都有机会参与；激励反馈，使每个学生尝到乐趣。如我们在检查学生的词语和课文朗读情况时，让学生以小组的形式汇报，让每个学生都得到参与，学生也非常乐意参与。促进生生互动，这样的合作学习也更加有效。
2.竞争性任务的合作完成。如课堂开展的一些朗读比赛，表演比赛等等，这些以小组为单位的竞争性任务，总能激发学生的小组的集体荣誉感，能够比个人完成任务的形式更加高效。学生对于这样的活动参与的积极性很高，而且往往最后总要向老师要个结果，还不太高兴与别人并列第一。这样的竞争性任务是小组合作学习的重要内容之一。
3.存在信息沟任务的合作交流。有效的小组合作学习中一定是每个学生都参与活动，积极交流。怎么让学生有参与的积极性，交流的欲望呢？存在信息沟的任务有效的解决了这个问题。所谓信息沟就是人们在掌握信息方面存在的差距，它能促使拥有不同信息的双方通过传递和交流信息，填补信息差距，达到真实交际的目的。如采用调查表的方式。学生通过有效的小组交流完成了手上的文章，获得了学习的成就感。
4.拓展创新的任务。教学中教师会设计一些拓展创新的任务，这些任务对于知识来说是一种运用和提升，对于学生来说个人完成它是具有一定难度的。这些拓展创新的任务必然需要小组合作去完成，在完成任务过程中，学生一起接受挑战，不但能激发学生的兴趣，而且能让学生有更多的参与机会，能获取更多的信息，学生的个人才能和个性特长也能得到发挥。小学英语课堂教学中这样的拓展创新的任务还是比较多见的。虽然是比较大的任务，但是小组内的每个孩子都积极参与，发挥自己的作用，努力去拓展创新，这样的任务适合小组合作学习。
1.评价要以小组为单位。以小组为单位的评价有利于小组的成长，能够循序渐进地培养学生小组合作学习常规习惯，能够激励小组的进步。以小组为单位的评价增强了小组的集体凝聚力，培养了学生参与合作的意识。
2.评价主体多元。对小组合作学习进行评价时，评价者可以是教师，可以是学生或小组。在现在的小学英语课堂上我们看到的大多是老师对于学生的评价。如：Good!Veryg ood!Excellent!You are clever.等等。其实教师应该尝试将评价的权力教给学生，让学生对学生进行评价。学生得到同辈团体的真心的评价后会很有成就感。
3.评价方式要多样。现在我们在很多课上都看到了形式各样的评价方式，这些评价方式构思新颖，从学生的童心需要出发，有的教学评价与本课的教学内容紧密联系，有效的促进了教学目标的达成和学生的小组合作学习。如为了得到老师奖励的卡片，每个学生在小组内都积极参与活动，增加了小组的合作和凝聚力。当然我们在日常的教学中不可能每节课都去设计不同的评价方式，但也决不能用十年如一日的评价方式，时间长了学生就失去了兴趣，效果可能就要打折。所以，在条件允许的前提下尽量去多思考多设计一些有效多样的评价方式。让学生始终保持小组合作学习的积极性和热情。
实践证明，在小学英语课堂教学中教师应要合理的建立小组，培养学生良好的小组合作学习的习惯，科学地选择小组合作学习的内容并科学的进行评价，提高小组合作学习的有效性。从而培养学生的创新精神与合作意识，形成良好的心理品质，促进学生个性的发展和综合素质的提高。

第一天

I think the government should get the road wider so that the car can run easily and smoothly.

一、日记的格式
英文日记通常由书端和正文两个部分组成。日记常以第一人称记下当天生活中的所见、所闻、所做或所想的事情。中、英文的日记三格式大致一样。英语日记的书端是专门写日记的日期、星期和天气的。左上角是日期(年、月、日)、星期。右上角写上当天的天气情况，如：Sunny, Fin, Rainy, Windy, Snowy, Cloudy等。

二、日记的要求
日记的正文是日记的主要部分，写在星期和日期的正下方，可以顶格写，也可以内缩3至5个字母的空间。由于记载的内容通常已经发生，谓语动词多用一般过去时。但也可根据具体情况，用其它时态。如：记叙天气、描写景色，为了描写生动，可以使用现在时，以表现当时的情景。再如文后发表感想或评论可用现在时态或将来时态。记日记力求简单明了，有连贯性。若有文字提示，则应重视提示，把握要点。在句式上尽量使用简单句，以防繁杂，造成语法、句型错误。
三、日记的类型和训练
日记分为记事型、议论型、描写型和抒情型。建议大家在学习写日记的过程中，可按以下步骤进行：
①将一天所经历的主要事情和过程依次简要地记下来，不附加任何感情色彩，这是最简单的记日记的方法；
②阅读别人的日记，并利用所学过的句型来表达个人在一天中观察到的或感受到的事情。

Last wook we were so burdcned with homework that now we were delighted to be having an outing. The wind was strong. Alan, Zhang Ying and I tried to fly kites, but the wind was always changing its direction, which made it more difficult but no less intereting.
Then I walked with Fren and her boyfriend deep into the forest. Fren knows a lot about trees and grazes. I learned a great deal from her. When we came back, I was as hungry as a wolf and helped myself to the roast beef and chicken and big, fresh strawberries.
Some teachers and students took their children with them. Marlina's son is only a few months old and seems happy in anyone's arms. Tim is especially fond of children, saying he can carry a child all day long. He learned from an English-Chinese booklet the words, "Do you want children?" and asked this question of everyone he met. He himeself wants to have five children, which made us burst out laughing.
Zhang Ying is good at playing volleyball. So is Tim. He is tall and good at smashing the ball. Our dean, Sastry, also joined in the game. We played seven matches altogether. What a happy weekend!

某日中午吃饭，有亲戚来家里做客，于是老爸开心地跟他们喝了几杯。(今年的寒假不怎么冷，所以我坚决不喝酒了。以前为了在非常冰冷的家里做家务，我往往在晚上吃火锅的时候还陪爸爸喝点酒，然后接着喝酒后发热的时候去洗碗刷锅之类的……)吃了晚饭，他似乎还有点不太清醒，坐在客厅的沙发上看电视吃瓜子。妈妈于是叫他赶紧去洗澡，不然热水器一直在烧热水。他看似非常乐意地答应了，但是没有挪动的迹象，同时拿我当挡箭牌，让我先去洗。自然，我是不会屈服的……所以，我妈催我爸爸，然后我爸问我“你洗澡了没有”这样的声音就在家里此起彼伏……
老妈在催促了几次之后，终于忍不住要发怒了……而我也在老爸的数次催促之下，无法忍受地去洗了澡。洗澡出来，万分得意地对着楼下的爹喊：“你终于不能再拖拉了，赶快去洗!”爸爸很不情愿地挪动到了楼上，结果在进卫生间之前问了我一句：“你洗澡没有?”我很无语地告诉他我已经洗过了。
爸爸洗澡完出来的时候，我正卖力地拿电吹风帮弟弟吹他扔洗衣机的牛仔裤里面的钱包物件。这时，最冷汗的事情发生了，爸爸在二十秒内连续问了我三次：“你洗澡没有?”……当他问完最后一遍的时候，我沉默地从他面前飘过，对着楼下大喊：“妈，爸爸喝醉了!”然后躲回房里去……
不知道爸爸在楼下会不会问我娘说我洗澡了没有……
依稀记得很早以前，爸爸和我干爸喝酒，然后两人都喝醉了……于是前者在回去的路上对着卤料摊的大叔大妈挥手喊：“同志们辛苦了!”被我娘立马拖回家。后者则在屋里开始跳舞，被我干妈拖进屋里锁起来……

我准备在寒假里的头几天把寒假作业统统做完，除了日记，因为“日记日记，一日一记”。对了，我每天还要抽出一小时的时间来读一些从图书馆借的《四大名著》、《运动与波》和《名人传记》。到了晚上写写日记，记记读了文章后的感想或者一天之中最有意义的事。
最重要的就是让表姐给我补习了。我的表姐是一名初中生，各门功课都在班里名列前茅。不像我，语文基础较差，每次大考都上不了九十五分。在这个假期里，我一定努力跟着表姐学语文，争取把语文成绩给搞上去。还有，英语我也要跟着表姐学学。因为在乡村学习英语较晚，对于学生是没好处的，我一定要在这个假期把学过的和没学过的英语知识好好地温习一遍。以后到了学校，我一定要让同学们对我刮目相看。
学习这些东西之余，我还要报一个绘画班。因为除了学习，我最喜欢的就是画画了，不过我的绘画水平不行，所以我要参加一个绘画班，提高我的水平，陶冶我的情操。
到了最后的时间，我决定借高年级哥哥姐姐们的的全套书，预习一下新知识，预防以后跟不上老师的脚步。

正月十五闹元宵。在元霄节里，我最喜欢的活动就是一年一度的元宵烟火晚会。
元宵节晚上，一个个许愿灯旋挂在空中，我和爸爸妈妈早早的来到世纪广场等待看烟火。只见这里人山人海、热闹非凡，三个一群两个一伙，正等着烟火晚会的开始。小朋友们在人群中打闹着，给这晚会增添了喜庆的氛围。

第一天
