生命是何等的美好，又有谁不渴望自己拥有一次充满精彩、像花儿一样怒放的生命呢?可是随着道路的日益加宽、车辆的日益增多，美丽的生命也无奈地越发显得脆弱。我们痛楚地看到交通事故这个杀手给个人、给家庭、给企业、给社会带来的困扰和伤害。近百余年来，全世界死于车祸的人数已经达到4000多万人，而且每年仍在以超过40万人的速度在递增。

中外城市交通事故分析表明，中国道路交通死亡人数居世界第一，每年死于交通事故的人数超过10万人!10万啊!这是一个多么冰冷无情的数字，平均每五分钟就有一个人丧身车轮，平均每一分钟就有一个人因交通事故而伤残!珍贵的生命属于我们每个人只有一次，而灾难的发生却是那样的无情：不论贫富贵贱，不论性别年龄;不论幼小纤弱，不论力壮身强--滚滚的车轮不知碾碎了多少人美丽的梦想，多少幸福的家庭由此而支离破碎!

据有关数据显示，我国平均每秒有两起车祸发生，每年有20000人死于车祸。这触目惊心的数字，重重地撞击着人们那颗稚嫩的心。

交通是国民经济的命脉，交通安全不仅仅关系到国民经济的发展，也与广大人民群众的生命财产密切相关，国家为了维护道路交通秩序，预防和减少交通事故造成人们必要的生命财产及其他的经济损失，特制定《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》，让每个市民都依法做到交通安全在我心中。

马路作为交通的载体，它伤害了无数人的生命，它不能没有，但有了它却有无休止的流血。

在出车祸前，如果人们刹一步车，停一步路，那就不会流血了，流血不但是痛苦的，更是心灵的撞击，使人家破人亡，那这样的车祸是不就应出的，这样的牺牲又有什么好处呢?血是能够止的，但缺一只脚或少一只手，成为残疾，你愿意吗?

人们如果不注意安全，那事故将会像“__”一样传播起来，也许受害者不是你，是他，但也许明天就是你了，因为不遵守交通规则，造成财产损失，这值得吗?为什么不能遵守交通法则呢?

还记得去年在我家门口发生的一齐交通事故。那是一个十字路口，一辆从珠江花园开来的摩托车正往炎帝广场方向开去，一辆从泰山路开往谭家山的货车与其相撞，他们都想比对方先过十字路口，结果相撞了，摩托车司机被摩托车压倒在地，不能动弹，货车上的木材散了一地，挡风玻璃如同蜘蛛网一般，碎了一半，司机头部流血不止。疾驶而来的救护车将他们接走了……

如果他俩都慢一步，肯定不会这样。正所谓“退一步海阔天空”呀!难道就为了自我的私人利益而流血吗?这让人觉的马路不是一片安宁的地方，更像是一片“战场”，司机们就是一位位“战士”，但马路不是战场，他们也不是战士，真正的战士是为国捐躯，而他们却是为的私人利益。

难道大家愿意听到惨烈的叫声，撞车的轰隆声，都愿意自我家破人亡?

这便是《交通法规》，一部需要我们每个人用实际行动维护的法规。除了我们自己要注意“过马路走斑马线”，“不骑车带人”等基本的交通法规外，还应提醒自己的父母安全驾车。一部指导安全行车的《交通法规》并不是一纸简单的文字规定，它是人们从长期的交通实践中由几代人乃至数十代人的经验与血的教训中孕育而成，是指导每个驾驶员安全行车的宝贵财富，从广义上说，《交通法规》是每个交通参与者的宝贵财富。有一句交通安全宣传语说得好：“交通法规生命之友”。《交通法规》的作用是体现在方方面面的。比如：在交叉路口，为了保证各方行经路口的车辆都能有序地安全通过，防止拥挤、堵塞、交通事故的发生，就在路口设置红绿灯及相关信号设施。红灯是危险的信号，红灯是“鲜血”的象征、“死亡”的招唤，应该在我们的思想上引起足够的重视，在红灯面前我们应该坚决地STOP。只有绿灯才能带领我们进入安全的坦途，绿灯象征着“生命”与“平安”。

我们要牢记：没有红灯的约束，就没有绿灯的通行。愿我们共同的努力，可以使交通更通畅，生活更安全。

其实，造成交通事故的原因是多方面的。

一是因为司机野蛮造成的，比如说轰动全国的哈尔滨“宝马撞人案”，“宝马”的主人实在是野蛮，人家不注意把葱挂在你的车头镜上，又不是故意的，再说也没有人员受伤，并向你赔礼道歉了，你干吗杀人灭口?就算人家弄得有人伤亡，也不该报复，应该让法律来处理才对。

二是司机酒后驾车，因神志不清导致交通事故，比如今年5月11日晚，着名演员牛振华驾驶一辆奔驰轿车，在北京西外大街与一辆大货车的尾部相撞，本人当场死亡。在此提醒广大的司机叔叔阿姨们，从中吸取血的教训，下决心引以为戒，更加自觉地严格遵守交通法规，避免交通事故给您带来麻烦。

三是司机的不良习惯造成的，比如自动挡车司机不扶方向盘、司机开车时抽烟、喝饮料、行驶时气囊上面摆放物品、加油灯亮继续行驶、不开大灯和老开大灯等等的不良习惯也是造成交通事故的根源。

四是有的交通事故确实是行人造成的，主要是行人不注意交通安全所造成的。

原因之一是闯红灯或横穿马路造成的，交通信号红绿灯的发明是减少交通事故有效方法之一。常言道“红灯无数次，生命只一次”，我们绝对不可以冒险过马路，哪怕两边没有车，也绝对不能穿过马路。

原因之二是在马路上打闹、玩耍造成的，放学后几个同学在一起走，说说笑笑，时而把同学的东西扔到马路对面，那个同学便到马路对面去拣，由于着急，也顾不上环视四周的车辆就跑，如果这个同学有福气，那还好;可如果正好有一辆车经过，那后果可不堪设想。因此，同学们千万不要在马路上打闹，以防止交通事故的发生。

原因之三是行人翻越护栏造成的，请大家不怕麻烦绕过护栏吧!

随着经济的日益发展，威海变得美丽富饶，马路上车辆川流不息的景象随处可见。然而由于有些人交通安全意识的淡薄，在车水马龙的马路上演了一幕幕不可挽回的悲剧。当你看到一个个鲜活的生命消失于车轮之下，当你发现一阵阵欢声笑语湮没在尖锐的汽笛声中，当你面对那些触目惊心的场景时，能不感到痛心疾首吗?道路交通安全事故依然是各种事故领域的“头号杀手”。 而导致悲剧发生的一个重要原因，就是我们欠缺安全防卫知识，自我保护能力差。为了珍惜生命，热爱生活请允许我为大家讲叙2个发生在我身边的真实的故事吧。

我有一位朋友，在她极幼小的时候，她的母亲与同事一起外出。由于那位同事在高速公路违规超车，致使她们乘坐的轿车如一匹脱缰的野马般飞出了立交桥，与一辆行驶中的大卡车猛烈相撞，熊熊大火中，她的母亲与同事当场死亡。

即使是今天，我仍记得，当年那哀乐低回的灵堂上，黑纱挽联映着朋友那无辜的眼神，那时的她那样年幼，还不能理解死亡的含义，所以，在那特定的场合，那凝固的瞬间，她没有哭泣。

时光悠悠如白驹过隙，我们这群当年的孩子也长成了今日的少年少女。暑假时，我们几个女生在肯得基为朋友庆祝生日，就在那热闹的肯得基里，她突然失声痛哭。她的声音那样悲切，她的泪水如潮般涌下，她告诉我们，这十几年来，午夜梦回，总会回想起自己母亲的音容笑貌，想起小时候大手攥住小手的那种疼爱。人生的十年里，丧母之痛就这样深深烙进了她的灵魂，让她一遍遍饱尝撕心裂肺的疼痛。

那天，阳光明媚，肯得基里人来人往，可我只觉得周围的一切繁华如死，喧闹如水，只有那痛哭声在一遍遍敲打我的心。一个母亲离去了，留下了女儿十年的梦魇。

与朋友的不幸相比，我的一位笔友则向我讲叙了一则催人泪下又感人至深的父爱故事。

几年前，武汉发生了一起火车和汽车相撞的事故。

一辆早班的公共汽车搁浅在一个无人看守的道口，驾驶员下车找水去了。是农历正月，天寒地冻，十几名乘客都舒舒服服地呆在还算暖和的车厢里，谁也没想到大祸的降临。没人留意火车是几时来的，从远远的岔道。只能说，是呵气成霜的玻璃模糊了众人的视线，而马达的轰鸣和紧闭的门窗又隔绝了汽笛的鸣响。当发觉的时候，顷刻间，一切已经停止了。

——一切都停止了，却突然爆发了孩子的哭声。

那是一个大约两三岁的孩子，就躺在路基旁边一点点远的地方，整洁的红棉袄，一手揉着惺忪的眼睛，还不知发生了什么，只知道哭叫：“爸爸，爸爸……”

有旁观者说在最后的刹那,有一双手伸出窗外,把孩子抛了出来……

他的父亲后来找到了，他的座位正对着火车那一面,几乎是第一个被撞上的人,他身体上所有的骨头都被撞断了,头颅被挤扁了,满是血污和脑浆的衣服上看不出颜色与质地……是怎么认出他的呢?因为他的双手,仍对着窗外,做着抛丢的姿势。

听到这个故事的时候，我无比羡慕那个孩子,因为他有一位如此值得骄傲的父亲.

试想，如果这场车祸没有发生,寒气袭人的正月里,本该团聚共渡新春的一家人之间该是多么热烈,温暖如春啊。上天知道我多希望自己有能力改变这已成往事的悲剧.我要让司机遵守规章停车,我要让乘客具有安全意识,互相提醒,我要让火车明确时间表,在铁路旁设立警示牌.这样,那个孩子就可以在父亲如山的关爱下渐渐成长,成长为如同我一般幸福的人.

如果没有当年那场车祸,我的朋友是否仍然可以在妈妈怀里撒娇,让大手牵着小手?如果,那位同事遵守交通规则,我的朋友是否可以不必承担黑夜的 压迫,纯洁莹白地如同阳光下的露珠?如果,我们每个人都可以多为一份交通安全意识,那是不是会有更多的孩子想唱就唱,想笑就笑?如果所有的司机朋友们注重安全第一,那我们的社会,我们的国家岂非会成为一个秩序安定，井然有序的天堂?我多希望,每一个听到我演讲的人,每一个传递我演讲的人,都会领悟到这样的道理:那就是：安全，安全就是最美丽、最动人、最实在的幸福!世界上还有什么比安全.幸福更能让人回味的记忆呢?没有，绝对没有!安全构筑了我们美好的家园，安全成为我们连接亲朋好友的纽带。如果说幸福是一个圆，那安全就是这个圆的半径，半径越小圆就越小，没有了半径也就没有了圆;如果说幸福是一首美妙的乐曲，那安全就是这首乐曲中的音符，音符不全就会走调，没有了音符乐曲也就荡然无存。安全对于我们就是生命，安全对于我们就是幸福!假如我们的司机有足够的安全意识，假如司机永远不会酒后驾车，假如他能随时控制一下车速，假如司机都能树立安全意识，那么悲剧完全可以避免。这些假如对于逝者已毫无意义，却给我们活着的人以深刻的警醒。这血和泪的教训足以让我们清醒地意识到：国家的安全是国泰，民众的安全是民安，安全责任重于泰山!

大家好！

今天，我将和你一起学习交通安全。我演讲的主题是：珍惜生命，安全旅行。

同学们，你们是祖国的未来和希望，你们能否健康成长，不仅关系到一个个家庭的幸福，而且关系到国家和民族的兴衰成败。因此，我们的社会，我们每个人（包括你自己），都有责任和义务保护你的健康和安全。人们说，交通事故猛于虎。

然而，无论老虎有多凶猛，一次只能吃掉一个人，而交通事故一次会吞噬好几条甚至几十条生命。现在我给大家介绍一组数字：去年，全世界死于交通事故的人数达到50万，其中有10多万是中小学生。

然而，我国交通事故死亡人数并不能稳居世界第一位。我国每年交通事故死亡人数都在10万多人，平均每天死亡达300人，这真是一个比战争还要无情，还残酷的数字。我还记得，山西××县二中900多个学生在公路上晨跑时，一辆大东风带挂货车向学生横冲直撞过来，造成21名师生死亡，人受伤。

当时，路上到处都是遇难学生的尸体。这一连串触目惊心的数字背后，这一起起惨烈的事故背后，有多少家庭失去了亲人，有多少欢乐变成了悲剧，有多少幸福化为乌有。在每一起交通事故背后，是一个个家庭失去了顶梁柱，是一个个白发人送走了黑发人，是一个个孩子与父母阴阳两隔。

是什么原因导致我们的道路交通事故频发？据交通警察调查统计，在所有的交通事故中，除极少数属意外原因造成，75%以上的事故是驾驶员或行人的人为因素造成的。事故的主要原因是无证驾驶、超载、超速、疲劳驾驶、酒后驾车、强行超车、行人不遵守交通规则等。

大家都知道我们学校位于潇湘大桥河西桥头，城市交通主干道旁，地处河西商业中心的核心地段，车多人多，学校师生的交通安全自然成为学校及交通部门工作的重中之重。这个学期又有400多名一年级小同学进入我们学校学习，在这里，我特别请我们的一年级小朋友注意，我们小学生是道路交通安全中的弱势群体，那么大家在道路交通中，怎样保障自己的人身安全呢？

首先，我们都来反省一下我们自己或身边同学的交通行为，是否曾经有过不遵守交通规则的行为，是否曾因自己不安全的交通行为而给自己带来过一些伤害。同学们，你们当中很多人每天好几趟往返于学校和家庭之间，途中又大多要走马路，总要避让来往的车辆。但是，你们有些人交通安全意识不强或缺乏交通安全常识。

想想看。当你走在路上的时候，你有同学在追你吗？是不是有同学边走边看书？是不是有同学随意横穿公路？

这些都是不对的。现在，我教大家学习两大本领：一会走路、二会乘车。

1、走路时，要走人行道或在路边行走，过马路时，左右看，红灯停、绿灯行，不乱跑、不随意横穿，不在马路上追逐打闹、不攀爬栏杆，遵规矩、保生命。

2、乘车时，等车停稳先下后上；坐车时不要把身体的任何部分伸出窗外，也不要向车外乱扔东西。

三。不要乘坐超载的汽车，如摩托车、转向车等。更不用说农用车了，特别是混装车。

4、在道路上遇到突发事件，要立即就去找大人帮忙。

5、遇到交通事故，拨打122或110报警**，同伴被车撞倒，要记下撞人车辆的车牌号，车身颜色或其它特征。

我把一些走路和骑马的基本知识编成了一首小民谣：

走在人行道上，不要在路上打架吵闹。

不要快车不抢道，靠右行走要记牢。

车急慢行仔细看，不急躁来不猛闯。

通过捡票口，我一眼看见了一个塑像，他手里拿着啤酒瓶，酷酷的坐在那里，好像在欢迎五湖四海的朋友们。一路上，我看到了一个个大大小小的，奇形怪状的石窟。最后，我被一个最大的石窟吸引住了。我问导游：“墙上怎么有这么多深深浅浅的小孔呀？”导游微笑着说：“这是前辈们用锤子敲打而成的。”我看着墙上的小孔，想想那时的前辈们是怎样用辛勤的汗水跟聪明的智慧来做成这项工作的我真想对他们说一声你们辛苦了。当我抬头看窟顶时，我禁不住大喊一声：“哇！好高啊。”看着窟顶外那蓝蓝的天空，我有种坐井观天的感觉。伍山石窟真的好美！

从伍山石窟出来，快到吃中饭的时间了，导游安排我们在景点附近吃了饭，吃完饭，我们匆匆向第二个景点——浙东大峡谷出发了。

听导游说进大峡谷要通过一条江河。于是，我们坐上了一艘大船出发了。在江河的两边是一座座大山，想必这是浙东大峡谷的一部分吧！大概经过半个小时后，我们来到了目的`地。从船上下来，我们开始了艰难的旅途。一开始我走的还很轻松，后来感到越来越累了，不停的问妈妈：“到谷底了吗、到谷底了吗？”妈妈说应该快到了吧。突然我眼前出现了一片石林，这些石头有的像海狮、有的像大象、有的像青蛙，千奇百态。在石林的后面是峡谷的谷底了。

第二天，我一大早就出来抓那只正要逃走的狗，我拿出绳子把它的脚套住，我就使劲一拉，终于把它出来了，它有像昨天一样，发出震耳欲聋的声音，我就把手松开，小狗就立马钻进车子下面去，我垂头丧气了。不过我还是不放过它，继续抓小狗。

第三天，我又开始抓小狗，我在家门口和车子下看了一下小狗竟然不见了，我就到小狗家去，它躲在家里，不敢出来了，我依然把它逼出来，它还是不出来。最后，我回到家里，妈妈告诉我要保护小动物。

从这以后，我就告诉自己再也不伤害小狗了。

今天，我的妈妈上班去了，我的爸爸在回来一个星期之后的今天也坐飞机回福建了，我在乡下外婆家，外公外婆也在忙着盖房子，我一个人无所事事，就想着要训练“步枪”。

“步枪”是外婆家的一条小黄狗，它是一只导盲犬，我觉得它就跟电视剧《神犬奇兵》的“步枪”一样聪明，所以我就想着要把它训练成军犬。

首先，我手心朝下叫它“趴下”，只要它做对了我就奖励他骨头吃。在重复了三次之后，它就知道“趴下”的口令了。

然后我用同样的方法训练“步枪”用两条后腿走路，只要我说“步枪，起!”“步枪”就抬起两条前腿让我扶着它走路，这时候刚好被我外婆看见了，被她大骂了一顿。

我知道外婆是担心我被“步枪”咬，但是“步枪”是我的最好的朋友，我相信它是不会咬我的，更相信它是最聪明的狗!

我家养了一只可爱的、黑色皮毛的`狗。它叫豆豆，别看豆豆长的膘肥体健的，它才只有五岁。

豆豆全身上下都是亮黑色的，就像刚刚涂了黑色油漆似的，它的眼睛也是黑亮黑亮的，就像黑弹珠似的。

还有就是，豆豆的脾气总是很急躁，不干净的食物豆豆不吃，不干净的水豆豆不喝，如果你要是站在豆豆面前吃东西的话，那豆豆就会用可怜巴巴的眼神望着你，那眼神仿佛在说：主人，你就给我一点儿吃的吧，就一点儿。

而且，如果在豆豆玩耍的时候，没有人盯着它，豆豆就会弄的满地乱七八糟的，甚至把什么珍贵的容器打碎。在豆豆休息的时候，我本来也想休息一下，于是我就找来一个躺椅，不一会儿也睡着了，可是我睡着睡着，突然被一个吓人的声音给惊醒了，我一看，哎!真是吓死我了，以后，我再也不敢在豆豆的旁边睡觉了。

这就是我家淘气的豆豆，我很喜欢它，尤其是它玩耍的时候。

我观察的动物是狗，不过它已经很老了。那只狗是白色的，身上还有一颗一颗黑色的斑点。弟弟说这只狗叫“火龙果”，弟弟说完我还没有反应过来，火龙果?哦!弟弟是说它长得像火龙果呀!这让我哭笑不得。弟弟摸它时，总是喜欢摸它尾巴，我可以说这种方式是最机智的了，因为尾巴是离头最远的地方，防止狗狗会咬到弟弟，我也真是佩服他了。

那只狗走路或者上楼梯都是慢悠悠的，它想汪，汪汪叫的时候，声音总是非常的低沉，甚至有时候叫都叫不出来，我真为它难过。如果它没了，主人肯定会哭的落花流水。它睡觉时，总喜欢趴在我们家的楼道上，虽然它不会说话，但每次我摸它的毛，它总会目不转睛的盯着我，那时我一点也不害怕。别人都说它的眼神是凶狠的，而我却觉得它的眼神是温和的，因为我和它已经成为好朋友了。

它和别的狗狗有很大的不同，它身上的毛不同于一般的狗，摸起来平平的，尾巴是卷卷的，虽然它已经很老了，可它看起来还是那么的可爱。

有的人喜欢高傲的白鹅，有的人喜欢性格古怪的小猫，还有的人喜欢慈爱、尽职的母鸡。而我却喜欢聪明伶俐的小狗。

我的小狗叫胖胖，它和我一样是个‘男孩’，它是我从流浪狗群里捡回来的，大概已经一岁啦!我希望它不会被饿死，所以给它起了‘胖胖’这个名字。胖胖有一双大大的眼睛、一个擅长闻味的小鼻子、一条卷曲的毛茸茸的尾巴。胖胖喜欢吃骨头、肉，花生、南瓜······

只要有陌生人来胖胖就会汪汪的叫个不停，直到主人出来才能停止。一个橙子是它的好玩具，既可以吃又可以玩。胖胖喜欢把一堆的垃圾都给弄散，你看见了也舍不得责打它、骂它。每天胖胖就像闹钟一样按时叫我起床，让我喂它、溜它。每天放学一看见我就摇起那毛茸茸的尾巴。胖胖还很淘气，有一次趁我没注意跳进了我的洗脸盆，幸运的是洗脸盆里没有水，要不然就变成‘落汤鸡’了。胖胖很聪明我把手抬起来它就会抬起两条前腿，我把手放下它也把两条前腿放下，你们说它有多聪明。胖胖要是生气给它什么好吃的它都不会吃。我已经和胖胖成为了最好的朋友。

这就是我的小狗———胖胖，它是多么的天真可爱，生机勃勃啊!我喜欢它———胖胖。

我家有只可爱的小狗。它的名字叫欢欢，它的名字的由来是我刚抱来它的时候，我和姐姐看他活泼可爱的样子所以就给它起个名字叫欢欢。欢欢长着两个黑玻璃球一样的眼睛，长着四条小巧灵活的腿，长着一个小皮球一样的鼻子，还长着一个小小的嘴巴和长长的舌头，欢欢长着一身黄色的毛，在它的头部有一道白毛，提着它的白毛把他提起来它也不喊疼。我给它打扮的像一个贵宾狗。

我家的小狗非常的可爱，有一次刮大风，我妈妈的袜子被风刮到楼下妈妈正要说下去捡，欢欢就急忙跑下楼去。叼着袜子就递到了妈妈的手里，妈妈高兴的不得了。又有一次，这件是让我觉得它更可爱了，那天，我家跑来了一只生病的小野猫，欢欢看见了那只生病的小猫，把小猫引到了楼上，妈妈一看欢欢引来了一只生病的小猫，妈妈就赶忙喂了小猫一些药，小猫吃了药好点了，晚上欢欢怕小猫冷就紧紧的搂着小猫，像亲姐妹一样，自己冻的打哆嗦，中午我喂欢欢的时候欢欢不吃，原来是为了让小猫多吃点，后来欢欢吃了。就这样小狗陪小猫度过了生病的三天三夜。小猫的身体在欢欢的精心陪护下小猫的病终于好了。

恶魔今天终于给我一些零花钱啦！昨天去的时候，大太阳晒着，很热，大家都买冰淇淋，雪糕等等，可是就我一个人坐在那里受太阳的热，呜呜呜，恶魔欺负我，太阳也欺负我！怎么可以这样子嘛！（嘟嘴）
