He walked down his block and found a lot of stores. He passed a CD storeand looked through the front door for a second as he walked. He stopped and wentback to look into the store. He saw a beautiful girl about his age and he knewit was love at first sight. He opened the door and walked in，not looking atanything else but her. He walked closer and closer until he was finally at thefront desk where she sat.

She looked up and asked，“Can I help you？

She smiled and he thought it was the most beautiful smile he has ever seenbefore and wanted to kiss her right there.

He picked one out and gave her money for it.

He went home and from then on，he went to that store every day and bought aCD，and she wrapped it for him. He took the CD home and put it in his closet. Hewas still too shy to ask her out and he really wanted to but he couldn’t. Hismother found out about this and told him to just ask her. So the next day，hetook all his courage and went to the store as usual. He bought a CD like he didevery day and once again she went to the back of the store and came back with itwrapped. He took it and when she wasn’t looking，he left his phone number on thedesk and ran out...

第一部分中国人学习英语的现状

虽然中国有四亿五千万人曾经学过或正在学习英语，比美国人的人口还要多，但真正能用英语交流的人却寥寥无几。中国人用英语努力工作了十多年。他们花了很多时间、金钱和精力，结果还是聋哑英语、半英语。

中国人有一个有趣的现象是学了十来年英语连打招呼都没有过关，一见面还是： how are you ,fine ，thank you ,and you, i’m fine too, thank you bye bye !!!如果外国人没有说and you 中国人就会给外国人挑毛病，你错了.

我说你那个外国人同志啊，你怎么不说and you 啊，你不说and you 我就没有办法向下说啊，你只有说and you 我才能说i’m fine too!!为什么我们全国打招呼都是一样， 因为我们使用是同一个教材，我们没有选择，要弱智大家一起弱智。讲到打招呼，中国人还是比日本人好一点，大家都听说过日本首相僧喜朗的故事吧，日本首相僧喜朗将要去美国访问，日本的英语专家就教他，how are you , how are you , fine ,thank you, 但是僧喜郎还是没有记住，一见到克林顿，就脱口而出：

who are you ?克林顿吃了一惊，心想日本人还挺有幽默感的，就说：我是西拉里的丈夫，僧喜郎就说：

每年中国人有上百万大学毕业生通过了国家的四级，六级考试，中国的大学生说：我这辈子英语算过关了，拿到了四级六级证书，他们到外资企业找工作，一进门，外国人问他的英语怎么样，他们就会说，我的英语很好，这是我的四级证书，这是我的六级证书，外国人就说，“不要让我看证书，你给我讲两句好不好，”我们的大学生就会说，不让我说英语，你给我两道最难的选择题吧，我做选择题很厉害，我保证能选对，我也最擅长用淘汰法a不对，b不知对不对c好象不对，d不对，一高兴就选择b，这叫自欺欺人.然后那个外国人就说，get out of here,你可以离开了，下一个.

只能做多项选择题的人最终会被社会淘汰。另外做选择题最可怕是：一句话里有五个单词我不会读，有三个单词意思都不懂，但是我能选对，因为前面有个to，那是动词不定式的标志，后面一定要跟动词原形!!

或者是前面是had better，后面一定跟动词原形，管它前面是什么。中国学生什么时候最激动，一听说是常考题的时候，是不是，好激动啊，老师，多给几个。让我们想想。用这个系统培养的学生能应付21世纪残酷的商业竞争吗，不！！！

至于中国大学生，我们来谈谈中国孩子。

现在小孩子很幸福.从四岁就开始学英语，辛苦学了五年，花了几千块钱还是不行，基本上就会讲两个单词banana ,apple 今年我在大连培训里的时候，有一位家长带一个9岁的小孩来咨询,这个孩子的妈妈一见到我，她就鼓励他：快给张辉老师说几句，这个小孩就跑到我的面前，对我说：

张辉老师，what’s your name?这是不是有点象弱智恢复训练：张辉，这是甚么，这是书吧。

我问他还会甚么，他就说：i’m a boy.有没有这样的神经病，我看起来是男的实际上是女的。

我们国家教英语这个句型教的最好了,student ,***e here, let’s have a talk, what’s that ?然后学生就会说：teacher, i think, it’s a desk,老师会说：

no ,it’s not a desk, it’s a chair..如果我们的老师都是这样教英文，那真的是太荒唐了。

在谈到我们的大学生和小学生之后，让我们谈谈我们的贫困成年人

我们的成年人，大学毕业以后，在社会上混了几年，感到21世纪也来临了，中国也加入了wto，北京申奥也成功了，不学英语就赶不上潮流了，于是就买了很多的书，但基本上都是一样的，看了第一本，听了第一课，磁带听了第一盘，学了新概念，学.......最后又好象走回了老家，学完了一套又一套，不学对不起自己，学了又不知道结果如何.然后宣称：

***，英语太难学，不学了，我不是学英语的料.你问他们最拿手的是什么，他们就会说，“what’s your name ,!!”

第二部分为什么中国人学不好英语

首先是中国人太爱面子了，中国人学习最怕丢脸，有一天在大街上看到外国人，心想我能外国说两句就好了，可是两条腿就是不向前去，我要是说错了怎么办，外国人会不会笑话我啊，我说错了，那不是很丢人啊，那么多难堪啊。再说，我又丑又不温柔。外国人会告诉我吗。但是现在，我想告诉你，你是最好的，你是最有希望的。

学习英语不需要面子，妹妹大胆的向前走，学习英语更不能象羞答答的玫瑰，俗话说“没脸没皮，所向无敌”。我就喜欢犯错误，喜欢丢人，哪儿人多我就到哪儿去丢人，记得我班同学说我是不是有点**，我就说：i like my style ,so what?

你必须爱犯错误，鼓励犯错误，并努力提前一天犯错误。

其次，中国人对学习英语抱怨太多。有人说我的记础不好，记忆力差。我没有语言天赋。

是不是学好英语一定要有天赋呢，是不是一定要有天赋才能把英语才成学好呢，我举一个简单的例子.就象开车，就象游泳，就象弹钢琴，如果你想成为一个游泳高手，应该怎么办就应该跳进游泳池里拼命地游.中国人怎么做呢，中国人就会到书店里买了很多关于游泳方面的书how to swim，然后去参加培训班，苦学十年拿到了游泳博士学位，然后充满的信心跳进长江，结果跳下去就没有了，最后连尸体都找不到，跳下去就死掉了，还有一个故事，一个游泳教练带着五十个一个班的同学，学习练习游泳，每次上课的时候都是教练奋不顾身跳下去，大都在旁边记笔记，老师游的很好，老师边游边说，记住哟，左手和右手的区别，记住要注意换气啊，老师换气原来是这么回事，老师真伟大，这象不象我们上课啊，同学们翻到第二页，第二页讲的是enjoy doing sth ，ask sb to do sth ,tell sb to do sth ,prevent sb from doing sth th.。

再次，中国人的学习方法错了，the chinese misdirected their energy! 中国人的智慧都被浪费在“无聊的语法分析”、“枯燥的单词记忆”、“自欺欺人的精读课文分析”和“弱智的打勾勾涂圈圈的练习和考试”上了!

中国人的语法学的最好，比美国的教授还厉害，但我们的英语水平连美国的五岁小孩都不如，你想想我们开始学喊爸爸，妈妈，叔叔，阿姨再见时，我们的爸妈是否这样说，孩子爸爸，妈妈叔叔，阿姨都有是主语，再见是谓语。最可怕的是外国人回头说了一句，damn it ,shut up ,get out of my face now。外国人骂你，你不知道，啊，那个外国人在夸我。

你想骂外国人。你不知道怎么用这个声音。

另外中国还喜欢抱怨自己的单词量不够，总是把自己学不好英语归根于自己的词汇量不够，自己的单词少，其实，这是个很有趣的事情，你想美国的五岁的小孩子单词量有中国的大学生的单词多好，绝对没有的，但中国的大学生却没有外国的五岁的小朋友说的好，为什么会这样呢，因为你的练习不够，而不是你的单词量不够 。此时有的同学会说了我们是不是不要记单词了，不是这样的，我们反对孤立地记忆单词，因为人脑不是电脑，大量的记也会大量地忘，那应该怎么记呢，我们应该用句子来记，举了例子：在我们精读课本上的：

i’m looking for a temporary job ,so that i can save up some money to go traveling.如果你这句话你会说，还记不住temporary这个单词，那我要告诉你，你可以回家了，你弱智。此外，我们记忆单词的方式包括听写和记忆，筛选，我稍后将谈到。

还的同学会说，我的记忆很好，我会记很多的单词，但我就是不会说英语，但我要说，那些单词是死单词，你很快就会忘掉，再说，你不能一见老外，就说，sky ,people ,leg ,desk!!

what does overpopulation feel like? when we move slowly through the city in a tazi. when we enter a crowded slum district. when the temperature is high and when the air is thick with dust and smoke. the streets are crowded with people. the streets seem alive with people. people eating. people washing. people talking. people sleeping. people visiting each other, arguing and screaming. people relieving themselves. people pushing their hands through the taxi windows, begging. people leading animals. people, people, people, people. as we drive slowly through the crowd, sounding the taxis horn, the dust, heat, noise and cooking fires made it like a scene from hell! i admit, frightening.

to the nature, overpopulation is a big problem. more people, more pollution. and the big population is threatening the nature every second.

the rapid rise in world population is not creating problems only for the developing countries. the whole world faces the problem that raw materials are being used up at an increasing rate and food production can not keep up with the population increase. people in rich countries make the heaviest demands on the worlds resources, its food, fuel and land, and cause the most pollution. a baby born in the united states will use in his lifetime 30 times more of the worlds resources than a baby born in india. unless all the countries of the world take united action to deal with the population explosion there will be more and more people fighting for a share of less and less land, food and fuel, and the future will bring poverty, misery and war to us all.

for most of the developing countries, it is a good idea to control the population growth. for example, china has carried out birth control for years. and this plan has a great effect on the world population.

if the population continues to increase, if the air and water continue to be polluted, if we dont do something to protect wild-plant and wildlife species will be declining. species and biological communities have difficulty adapting to change. economic opportunities and the quality of life of future generations are also put at risk. by protecting nature, we protect ourselves.

The second one is about the increasing amount of cars. According to the statistics, in 21st century, there are 7 millions cars in the world, a large amount of exhaust gases has seriously influenced us, such as: cough, throat inflammation.

This two phenomenons are just few part of reason which change our environment badly. There are many other reasons.

In nearly 100 years, the average global temperature experienced twice fluctuations which is "cold-warm-cold-warm". Generally, it is the trend that global climate is becoming warmer and warmer . In 1980s,global temperature rised apparently. According to Chinese scientists, the average temperature in China has risen by 1.1 degrees

centigrade in the last 5 decades. It is higher than the reported global average. We are seeing more frequent bouts of extreme weather in many parts of the country. For example, last spring, the most severe drought in 50 years hit northern China affecting the livelihood of 4 million people. Environmental damage and climate change is a reality for us. Out of the world?s most polluted 20 cities, half are in China,70% of Chinese rivers are polluted . China has become the largest carbon emitter of the world.

It is really thought-provoking(发人深省). Who pays for it ? First,as the pace of human high-tech development process goes quiker and quiker, the side-effects with the science development reflected, global warming is one example. more and more greenhouse gases with the development of economy are being discharged into the t 70% of the greenhouse gases has been composed of carbon dioxide,which is considered as one of the greatest causes of global warming . It has harmful effects,causing the sea level to raise and many natural disasters to strike. On the other hand , scientists in one wave after another try to awaken us to the growing threat of global many coutries tend to turn a deaf ear(充耳不闻) to the scientists? fact,the earth?s atmosphere is definitely being warmed and the problem is largely man-made. A wise way is that we should get moving to protect ourselves. So the public demand that all nations should taket strong measures to prevent the increase of the earth?s temperature.

In my opinion, it is the high time for us to take action. In order to save the earth, we should try to do things below: no air conditioning, use recycled paper,abandon meat food, don?t use plastic bags,take a is little drops of long as everyone takes action, it will be a powerful strength to rescue our planet. 这是我们的c区，还有丙型肝炎透析区！

我们对丙型肝炎产品有清晰明确的标记，并且所有产品均用于特殊用途

这是我们c区的**车，也是专用的。不能转移到其他地区

大家请看我们的病历架，丙肝区病例架是灰色的，与我们非感染区蓝色病例架颜色明显不同，而且丙肝区病例架只限于存放在丙肝区**站。

这是我们固定于丙肝区工作人员的工作状态，身穿隔离衣，操作中带手套，操作后的用物一人一用一更换，包括盐水、甘素、透析管路等。右边是手部卫生，以避免交叉感染。

透析机内部管道必须做到每班进行化学消毒，大家请看，左图是我们机器的一个消毒状态，它是使用50%柠檬酸，右图是我们机器消毒后的一个自身记录

我们做好内部消毒的同时，外部也会对其进行每班一巾一擦拭的消毒，这是我们丙肝区专用的擦拭机器毛巾，非感染区与各个感染区毛巾颜色不同避免交叉污染

当我们觉得没有问题的时候，往往忽略了最重要的环节，即透析器的管理

程序中明确提到，乙肝、丙肝、梅毒、艾滋病患者不应使用重复使用的透析器，因此透析器的重复使用仅限于阴性患者！规范重复使用是预防丙型肝炎病毒感染的重要途径

因此，根据规范，我们开发了一套标准的重用过程

即当我们得到一个患者使用后的透析器我们将对其进行评估，阳性患者和不可复用的透析器经特殊独立包装分类后转运至污物间由专人收取销毁，可复用透析器经独立通道转至复用间进行处理，当检测不合格者转入污物间由专人收取销毁，各检测合格后转入透析器储存室储存，再次使用时经清洁通道进入非感染区交原患者使用，不在复用者，则转入污物间由专人收取销毁

接下来请大家看我们的复用措施，这是我们的复用工作人员自身防护，他身穿防渗漏隔离衣，带手套口罩帽子眼罩，必要时使用冲眼器

这是我们对再利用人员的严格培训和考核

右边是我们的全自动多路复用器，左边是我们的抗感染连接器。一个透析器使用两个有效避免交叉感染

有人说年轻是无限的，有梦想就有动力。年轻时，我们从未忘记那雄心壮志。我们努力实现我们的梦想。

可是，你们有没有想过，在我们怀抱着梦想努力工作的时候，也许在某一天，我们会因为自己的一次麻痹失误，一次不起眼的违章作业而让自己的梦想变成幻想呢？

在我们的工作生活中，我们最基本的需求就是安全，“安全第一，预防为主”这是我们应牢记在心的，企业是时时讲、周周学、月月喊。作为萍钢这样的大型钢铁企业，为了确保安全，工厂里所有的设备都专门编制了操作规程，针对特殊工种还特配了相关岗位说明书。此外，公司还在明显位置张贴和悬挂各类安全标语和安全标致，以提高我们的安全意识。

生产部还定期组织对公司进行安全隐患排查，及时发现并消除隐患，这些都是为了保证我们能够在一个确保安全的情况下生产。

在公司里，老员工的安全意识一直很强，因为他们目睹了安全意识薄弱和不遵守规章制度的后果。事故往往是由年轻的新雇员引起的。每位员工入厂必须经过公司四级安全教育。可是有部份同志对于这样的教育全当成耳边风，对相关操作规程不学不问，对公司的安全制度和进出车间的注意事项漠不关心。

我一直以为事故永远不会发生在我身上，但是这时的疏忽可能会引起长期的悲伤。所以作为萍钢这个大家庭中的一份子，除了要掌握安全工作规程、技术操作规程、企业纪律章程这几件法宝，还要多有几颗心：

一、专心。学一行，专一行，爱一行。“既来之，则战之；既战之，胜之则”，不能“身在曹营心在汉”，工作的时候就应该专心工作，不要想工作以外的事情。

二、细心。不管是长年在干的，还是第一次接触的工作都来不得半点马虎，粗枝大意实在是安全生产的天敌。从小父母每到考试前都会再三叮嘱“要拿双百分，不要粗心大意”。

三、虚心。“谦虚使人进步，骄傲使人落后”，

人的生命只有一次，失去了生命，所有的梦想都成为幻影，海尔经验告诉我们，不容易就是，把容易的事情一千次，一万次地做好。安全工作时刻从零开始，未雨绸缪胜过亡羊补牢，年轻的朋友们，当我们怀抱梦想的时候，当我们满怀豪情要实现自己的理想时候，必须要时刻牢记，安全就是第一，梦想与安全并进！

清晨，当第一缕阳光升起时，我们开始忙于生活，工人们挥舞着手臂和汗水。傍晚，当夕阳西下，百鸟归巢，忙碌了一天的人们个个携老扶幼，漫步公园，欢声笑语，连绵不绝。好一副“兴旺发达创效益，和美天伦出幸福”的美好画圈。此时此刻，我心中不由激起了对安全生产的无限思索，企业蒸蒸日上的发展，滚滚而来的效益，家庭和谐美满的幸福，何不是平日安全生产盛开的喜悦花朵。

国家的安全是国泰，民众的安全是民安，有了安全生产，我们的企业才能象三春的桃李红红火火，有了安全生产，我们才会有幸福就象花儿一样的放歌，有了安全生产，我们的国家才能在建设有中国特色的社会主义道路上稳步前进。**领导高度重视，温家宝总理在国务院经济工作会议上对安全生产工作作了重要指示，要求从经济发展和社会稳定的大局出发，充分认识安全生产的重要性，切实加强安全生产工作。

然而，尽管有领导的高度重视，尽管有安全法律法规的约束，我们的一些企业仍是片面强度经济增长，效益优先，不重视安全生产，不懂安全，不讲安全，不要安全，我们的一些员工也是一味地追求高产，高效，高奖金，对安全生产工作，是说起来重要，干起来次要，忙起来可以不要，蛮打蛮干，违章操作。然而，在非法行动的背后，却是悲惨的场面，令人心碎的背痛，巨大的经济损失。还记得，201x年重庆开县特别重大硫化氢中毒事故，201x多人中毒住院，243人死亡，直接损失8000万元；2010年大连石化公司发生特大**事故，造成直接经济损失

2亿元；2010年，这起车祸造成41人死亡，200多人受伤，造成直接损失

1.9亿元；一件件安全事故，一份份血的教训，给我们的国家和企业造成的巨大的经济损失，给我们欢乐祥和的家庭带来了老人丧子，爱妻丧夫，幼儿丧父的巨大悲痛。

201x年3月28日，山西省王家岭煤矿发生重大透水事故，近一百五十多名煤矿工人被困井下，而这起透水事故的起因就是相关领导好大喜功，只贪图一时

中华人民共和国的经济利益不重视安全生产的要求，导致了悲剧的发生。此时此刻，试问，我们企业的效益何在，家庭的幸福何在。一份由国家经贸委等单位组织的《安全生产与经济发展》的结果显示，近几年来，我国每年所发生的各类安全事故造成的直接损失接近1000亿元，加上间接损失，则接近多亿元，多亿元，相当于2个三峡工程，10亿个200万一所的希望小学。

还有那些不再有希望的老人，那些燃烧着希望的孩子，那些曾经憧憬着希望的鲜活的生命，他们的损失岂能用经济来衡量。面对这一个个天文数字的损失，面对这一个个因失去亲人而暗淡无色，毫无生气的家庭，我想说，安全生产是多么的重要，安全生产就是保障我们每个企业长期稳定运行，创造良好经济效益的基石，安全生产就是保障我们每个家庭，每个成员健康幸福生活的阶梯，安全生产就是我们发自内心，洋益在脸上的幸福的微笑。

What suprised her most,beyond her wildest imagination, is that almost all the male in this country took their head out of the window.Admittedly,Lucy made a mistake here .The word spitted means Mandy is totally naked to the reason that male looked out of the window.The right sentence shall be,"put your clothing on."The story inspires you to take a careful look on the vast difference between eastern and western culture.
